Finding the right place was everything.
Heather asked the right questions and knew exactly what we needed. We were scheduled to see the house that became our home on a Saturday. By Tuesday it had other offers. Heather was on it, she let us know and booked us a showing that evening. She knew how important it was. After our offer and acceptance we went under contract. The process was hard & stressful but Heather was our rock. She was there every step of the way when everyone else (including our own mortgage agent) was dropping the ball. Heather was Absolutely amazing!
We had a lot of Hiccups with the mortgage company, the inspection company and the title company. When I say "alot" I mean ALOT! If it had not been for Heather going above and beyond many times, We would have walked away from our home purchase. This Wonderful lady was even helping us through the process while being physically out of commission during a much needed surgery! From finding the perfect home, to jumping in and getting us a showing on super short notice, to dealing with our fits of distress, She was amazing!

We were looking for a home or lot in Cape Coral.
We did not know what exactly we wanted. That is were Heather comes in. She was very informative. Every time we called she either picked up the phone or texted us back immediately. She went out of her way every time. We flew out to Florida and met her personally and she showed us around Cape Coral. We bought some land and Heather not only helped us get the land she was constantly on the buyer to get this deal done. Heather was in the the mix through the hole transaction and we closed in 30 days. We are very happy. We consider her a friend. Do not look any further Heather will not disappoint you. She will make your dreams come true.
Once we made up our mind and gave Heather our list of "Needs, Wants and Desires" in our new home, she ran with it.
Being from out of state we relied on her to steer us in the right direction. She sent us a number of listings to preview and we made choices to visit on a long weekend trip.
